  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Follow recipes and product instructions accurately.
  • Utilize a range of kitchen tools and utensils effectively.
  • Support the preparation of both hot and cold food items.
  • Ensure proper food storage and compliance with service standards.
  • Participate in food service and sampling activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a drug screening.

Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including full-time shifts that encompass days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of standing and walking for up to 10 hours daily while fulfilling the duties outlined above. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 55 lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height is essential. Candidates should be able to climb ladders and step stools and meet the physical demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
