We are seeking a skilled Trust and Estates Attorney to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, succession planning, and federal estate tax returns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve a healthy work-life balance and strive for growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in trust, estates, and probate.
• Strong academic background and a growth mindset with a desire to advance in their career path.
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
• Able to handle sensitive and complex client matters.
