As a key member of our home-based therapy team, you will provide comprehensive Speech Therapy services to pediatric patients in the South Austin area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Speech Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs and provide ongoing support.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Meet productivity and documentation requirements to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • Proven experience in pediatric Speech Language Pathology, with a focus on home-based therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a home health setting.
