Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Required).
  • A Master's Degree in a related discipline (Preferred).
  • Experience with Apriso software implementation for critical modules such as Production, Quality, and Warehouse, along with a solid understanding of the Apriso data model and process builder framework.
  • Strong exposure to MES implementations, including automation, production monitoring, quality planning, and execution, as well as detailed scheduling and ERP interfaces.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of 8 years in a Supply Chain/LES/MES/ERP/Automation functional or technical role, demonstrating familiarity with business processes.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in the Information Technology sector.
  • A programming background in C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java, and web-based technologies.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle applications is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Biztalk Server, SAP Business Connector, and SAP PI is a plus.
  • Business Process Certifications, such as APICS or CPIM, are beneficial.
  • Strategic Program Certifications, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, are an asset.
  • A willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the United States.
