Responsibilities:
Position Summary:

As a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for patients facing significant health challenges.

Your role will involve developing and implementing tailored care plans that address the specific rehabilitation needs of each patient.

Focus Area:
Work within an 11-bed unit, maintaining a low patient-to-nurse ratio.
Engage with adult patients (18 years and older) undergoing rehabilitation for neurological, cardiovascular, or pulmonary conditions.

Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse credential from the Kentucky Board of Nursing prior to employment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Associate degree from an accredited nursing program.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
