Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Systems Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels, and ensuring all electrical systems are functioning properly.
  • System Setup and Repair: Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, and conduct repairs when necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  • Heating and Plumbing Systems Maintenance: Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality and prevent breakdowns.
  • Manual Repairs: Perform manual repairs as needed, including fixing locks, replacing windows, and other tasks to ensure the property remains in good condition.
  • Pest Control: Undertake activities of pest control, including spraying insecticide, to prevent infestations and maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • General Upkeep: Conduct general upkeep procedures, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry, as assigned to ensure the property remains well-maintained.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in apartment complexes, hotels, and/or construction.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical and other systems, as well as knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Language Skills: Must be bilingual in Spanish.
