Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary: RPh on the Go is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist for a reputable hospital in Northern California. This is a full-time contract position with the potential for permanent hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor patients' medication therapy and orders written by appropriate prescribers.
  • Advise healthcare professionals of any issues with patients' medication therapy and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients in accordance with physicians' prescriptions.
  • Prepare sterile IV admixtures.
  • Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients, and students regarding their medication and its proper use and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Active Pharmacist license in the state of California.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting.
  • Experience with Cerner preferred but not required.

Pay: $65+ based on experience.
