About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Jobot. Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Design and build tools and frameworks that support deploying and managing our platforms.
  • DevOps Methodologies: Implement and maintain data security and privacy policies to ensure data is always protected.
  • System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup, and restore issues across different environments.
  • Automation and Optimization: Create, maintain, and optimize automated build and deployment pipelines.
  • Cloud Security: Ensure critical system security through the use of best-in-class cloud security solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that cloud deliverables are aligned with the overall IT strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering and/or cloud engineering.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) like Terraform, significant experience designing and delivering infrastructure services, expert skills with PowerShell scripting, and experience with an OOP language such as Java, Python, C++, C#, etc.
  • Tools and Technologies: Source control (GitHub) and modern feature branching strategies, CI/CD tools (Octopus, Nexus, GitHub, BuddyCI, etc.), and advanced knowledge of Azure including virtual networking, non-consumption PAAS and IAAS.
