  • Technology Utilization: Use technology, such as smartphones and tablets, to read and follow routes, order specifications, and enter job details.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • High School Diploma: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Department of Agriculture HLT Cat3 Certification, Pesticide License, or be able to pass a company-paid exam within 60 days of hire (for AR and TN employees only).
  • Experience and Knowledge: Have a background in lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance, with knowledge of fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides (preferred but not required).
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
