- Assist in the implementation of departmental quality and risk initiatives.
- Collaborate with directors and managers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality metrics and outcomes data.
- Minimum associate degree in nursing.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- At least 1 year of quality experience preferred.
- Iowa RN license.
