PRN Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CommuniCare Rehab. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their communication and swallowing goals.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Plan and conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication and swallowing skills.
- Instruct residents, families, and caregivers on safe swallowing techniques and provide diet recommendations.
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to the rehab team.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
