Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced RN to join our team in Skilled Nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing a team of nurses in sustaining the health and well-being of our residents. This is a part-time position available with flexible shifts to accommodate your needs.

About the Role:

  • Directing a team of nurses to ensure high-quality care and service delivery
  • Coordinating resident health and wellness needs, ancillary services, and medication management
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training clinical team members, as well as their performance management and evaluation
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with seniors and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
  • Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least two years of experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care, including one year of nurse management experience
  • Knowledge of applied nursing practices, techniques, and methods in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Excellent assessment, medication administration, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize efficiently, and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience
