- Exceptional physician retention rates, averaging 12 years across various specialties.
- Newly constructed, state-of-the-art Regional Cancer Center located on the hospital premises.
- No inpatient oncology responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work-life.
- Supportive and experienced nursing and administrative staff, including scribes.
- A flexible 4-day work week with phone call duties only.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary of $700,000.
- Signing bonus of $75,000.
- Retention bonus of $60,000, distributed as $20,000 per year over three years.
- Comprehensive hospital-funded pension plan, independent of personal contributions, with substantial annual contributions for the first five years and ongoing support thereafter.
