Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary: Stoughton Health is seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our Cardiac Rehab department on a Per-Diem basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and effective exercise environment for patients undergoing Phase II/III Cardiac, SET for PAD, and Primary Prevention rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and monitor patients during exercise sessions
* Develop and implement individualized exercise prescriptions in accordance with ACSM/AACVPR guidelines and physician recommendations
* Perform and accurately interpret resting and exercise EKGs
* Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and goals
* Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field
* Current BLS certification
* Prefer current ACLS certification
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
