Medical Instructor for X-Ray Technology

Remington College is seeking a dedicated and experienced X-ray instructor to teach in our Medical Assisting program with an emphasis on X-ray technology.
We're looking for a talented X-ray tech professional who believes in sharing knowledge, motivating others, and putting students first. This individual will report to the Director of Campus Administration and be responsible for preparing lesson plans, teaching courses, and evaluating students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans using industry-standard approaches.
- Teach courses as assigned, instruct, and evaluate students, and track their attendance, performance, and grades.
- Participate in administrative activities, such as faculty/staff meetings and in-service meetings.
- Participate in graduation ceremonies, as assigned.
- Engage in regular continuing professional development activities.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- An associate degree or higher in radiological science, medical assisting, or a related field.
- At least four (4) years of practical work experience in a radiography environment, with hands-on knowledge of related procedures.
- Certified as MRT and credentialed as a radiographer with ARRT, or certified as LMRT with certificate categories that match the categories of instruction, or a practitioner in good standing with all appropriate regulatory agencies.
