">Salary: The annual compensation for this position may range between $105,000 to $120,000 based on performance, with opportunities to increase your base salary quarterly.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized medical care to patients in their homes or assisted living facilities
- Treat chronic and urgent illnesses, minor injuries, and other health issues
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans
- Perform evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; proficiency in medical instruments and equipment
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications
