Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and supervise the delivery of physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments and reassessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and their families on self-care and home exercise programs.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Washington state physical therapist license.
- Current National Provider BLS certification.
