Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol assigned parking areas to enforce parking regulations and issue citations and warnings to vehicles in violation of parking rules.
  • Monitor parking lots and garages to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parkers and address any inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of citations issued and vehicles towed.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized parking environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
