Job Summary

This role is responsible for the maintenance of facilities for an assigned facility and/or company retail stores; follow defined procedures and processes relating to repairs and/or replacements of equipment and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Facilities Meet Safety and Code Requirements
  • Repair and/or Replace Equipment and Fixtures as Necessary
  • Assist Management with Special Projects as Assigned
  • Maintain Well-Defined Processes for Repairs and Replacement Items
  • Maintain Accurate and Timely Inventory of Parts and Equipment
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED)
  • One Year Experience with a Combination of Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.
  • Experience with Food Equipment Strongly Preferred
  • Good Communication Skills, Written and Verbal
  • Basic Math, Writing, and Computer Skills Related to Mechanic Aptitude/Maintenance
  • Must Have Maintenance Experience to Include Carpentry and Plumbing Skills and a Basic Understanding of Environmental Issues
  • Prior Experience in Retail Maintenance a Plus
  • Must Be Able to Organize and Prioritize Work Assignments and Meet Established Deadlines
  • Must Perform Assigned Tasks Accurately and Completely
  • Must Be Flexible and Able to Handle Changes in Work Requirements Productively
