Job Overview

We are currently in search of a Human Resources Coordinator I to join our Human Resources Department. This role is essential in ensuring that we connect our clients with dedicated and honest professionals who deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation within the Human Resources Department
  • Support Internal and External Audits
  • Examine all client documentation and attachments to guarantee accuracy
  • Perform general administrative tasks (e.g., filing, copying, answering phones)
  • Occasional travel may be required for training sessions, meetings, conferences, provider fairs, interviews, etc.
  • Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships
  • Support daily operations of the Intake Department
  • Participate in Quality Assurance Reviews
  • Contribute to training sessions and meetings
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including setting up and conducting interviews, training, and shadowing
  • Be prepared to be cross-trained and provide support in various departments as needed
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Director(s)

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 60 college credit hours is required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is mandatory
  • Must have full coverage insurance ($100,000/$300,000)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a quick learning ability are essential
  • Ability to pass all background checks and drug tests is required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, Zoom, and general office equipment is necessary
  • Availability to work at least one weekend per month is expected
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Professional demeanor is essential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary
  • Experience in a trauma-informed setting is preferred
  • Compassionate treatment of all individuals is expected
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute is required
  • Dependability is crucial
  • Flexibility in scheduling is important
  • Availability Monday through Friday and at least one Saturday per month is necessary
  • Willingness to work between the hours of 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM (shifts may vary from 2 to 8 hours)
