Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ZephyrTech. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of our automatic conveyor system and warehouse technology.

• System Operations and Control: Monitor and maintain the performance of our conveyor system and warehouse technology to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Damage Repair and Maintenance: Organize and implement short- and medium-term damage repair on conveyor technology and shelving systems/warehouse technology.
• Preventive Maintenance and Inspections: Plan and implement preventive maintenance, system cleaning, and recurring inspections to prevent downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Technical Support and Coordination: Control and support external technicians for damage and maintenance work, and communicate with management to coordinate and manage workload.
• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Document damage and repairs, keep shift logs, and manage spare parts to ensure efficient operations. Additionally, ensure the transferability of knowledge and experience to future projects.

• Education and Experience: Training as a metalworker, electrician, or equivalent, with ideally several years of experience in operating automatic conveyor systems in the logistics or industrial sector.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and possess a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Personal Qualities: Independent, team-oriented, and organized work style, with flexibility and commitment to ensuring the success of our operations team.
