Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and adjust requirements as necessary.
  • Provide training and mentoring to production associates to ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
  • Assist with updates to equipment-related SOPs to ensure accuracy of written instructions.

Requirements:

  • Accredited Associate's Degree or certificate education in Engineering, Electronics, Packaging, Mechanics, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical skills, including ability to perform mechanical disassembly, repairs, and reassembly of complicated equipment.
  • Proficient use of hand and power tools.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, lubrication, electrical systems, and industrial automation.

Working Conditions:

The position will require working in a variety of environments, including office, laboratory, hazardous chemical production, cleanroom, general production, and warehouse, occasionally outdoors around the site, on rooftops, in mechanical spaces, interstitial spaces, and confined spaces.
