Position: Grill Cook

Company: Compass Group

Location: Various Locations

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Role Summary

The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food at the grill station while adhering to all applicable standards and regulations. This role ensures that customers receive exceptional service and delicious meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently takes customer orders and prepares items that require minimal preparation time.
  • Ensures food is served at the correct temperature and presented attractively.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Follows established recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
  • Handles food safely and stores it according to standard procedures.
  • Engages with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Participates in safety and in-service meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members and management to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications

Previous experience in cooking and food service is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
