We are seeking a highly skilled ACT Rehabilitation Specialist to join our esteemed team at the Priest Health Center in Tempe, AZ. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, good communication abilities, and a non-judgmental approach. A minimum of 1 year of vocational rehabilitation training or supervised experience as a Rehabilitation or Employment Specialist, or Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor is required. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues, members, families, and community agencies to provide direct treatment, rehabilitative, and supportive services in a community setting.
