• Perform high-quality cleaning services consistently and efficiently
• Ensure timely arrival and accurate reporting of absences
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Utilize Chem-Dry's proprietary cleaning process and other applications as trained
• Notify clients of completion and address any concerns or questions
• Maintain accurate records and complete required forms
• Ensure vehicle and equipment are clean and in proper working condition
• Assist in upselling services to existing customers
• Follow assigned routes and drive safely

• Read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
• Write clear and concise correspondence
• Effectively communicate with clients in one-on-one and small group settings
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Team player with a safe driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 100 lbs using proper lifting technique
• Perform duties safely and effectively
• Pass a drug screen test
• No prior experience necessary
