Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide a team of CT Technologists in performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
    • Coordinate the flow of work and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operation of the department.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with departmental standards and policies for quality and safety.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and staff productivity.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and guidance to new staff members and students.
    • Develop and implement continuing education programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and patient throughput.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Experience
    • Two years progressively more responsible CT Technologist work experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of CT scanning procedures and protocols.
