Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts, ensuring alignment with the Warehouse Management System data regarding quantities, locations, and part numbers.
- Conduct bin validations as required and perform annual physical inventories as per client agreements.
- Manage cycle counts for various serialized and non-serialized electronic devices and accessories.
- Assess raw materials to ensure availability for electronic repairs, preventing over-purchasing or shortages.
- A cycle count is a systematic inventory auditing process where a specific subset of inventory is counted on designated days.
- Identify discrepancies by comparing bin contents with Warehouse Management System data.- Conduct safety inspections for equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- At least six months of experience in cycle counting.
- Forklift experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to train and certify on warehouse equipment within 60 days of employment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Physical and Cognitive Requirements:
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and interpreting information.
- Capable of performing basic mathematical operations.
- Dexterity to handle and manipulate objects.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Must possess visual acuity for various tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing less than 40 pounds.
