About the Role

We're seeking a talented Lead Stylist to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Brea, CA. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales skills.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including current trends and promotions, to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with store management to drive sales growth, achieve sales goals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and provide coaching and training to store staff to ensure they meet sales goals and deliver authentic customer experiences.
  • Efficiently manage cash handling, merchandise operations, and store procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and tools, understanding how they can enhance the customer experience, improve operations, and drive business performance.

About You

We're looking for a fashion-savvy individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you're a self-starter with a growth mindset, enjoy learning new tools, and are adaptable to new initiatives, we'd love to hear from you. You should be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
