Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Develop and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire
  • Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
  • Certification in specialty area preferred
  • One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred
