Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide an outstanding shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Your expertise in products and customer engagement will shine through.
  • Support Store Leadership: Assist the management team in daily operations, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Sales Performance: Understand and contribute to achieving store sales goals, focusing on key performance indicators such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT).
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the sales floor to meet visual standards, ensuring that all areas are inviting and well-organized.
  • Transaction Management: Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and leverage your product knowledge to encourage additional sales.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with planogram updates and maintain an organized stockroom to support efficient operations.
  • Training and Development: Mentor new Sales Associates, helping them acclimate to the team and excel in their roles.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A background in retail, showcasing experience in customer service and sales.
  • A passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
  • A minimum age of 18 years.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, coupled with effective leadership abilities.
  • The physical capability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
