About the Role:

This role involves business development initiatives, managing functions to ensure operational, service, and business goals align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of a segment of the branch team, ensuring quality and depth of the caregiving pool.
  • Meet Care Partner, Client, and Referral Source Satisfaction goals, adhering to Company Policy and Procedure and Compliance guidelines.
  • Implement business initiatives successfully.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned Team staff, including recruiting, hiring, assessment, staffing/scheduling, risk management, timekeeping, and compliance needs.
  • Ensure on-call oversight and support for clients and field staff needs.
  • Identify and source cross-referral opportunities within the branch.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting or two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university.
  • Can substitute one year of supervisory experience in Healthcare with one year of full-time study at an accredited college or university.
  • One or more years of Business Development experience preferred.
  • Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Compensation:

Posted Salary Range: USD $40,000.00 - USD $43,000.00 per year.
