Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

At PGS NH Care, we are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality mental health care services to our patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients
* Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff
* Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

* Ability to lift 15 pounds
