Youth Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Youth Therapist to join our team at Henderson Behavioral Health. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will work with children and adolescents to provide individualized therapy and support services. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with clients and their families.
• Conduct individual, family, and collateral therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Complete state-required outcome measurement documentation and submit it in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with case managers, schools, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in scheduled unit meetings, clinical, and administrative supervision.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other applicable human services degree.
• Prior experience working with children and adolescents and their families.
• Florida Driver's License and Auto Liability Insurance.
