Job Title: Client Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Stellar Ventures. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, providing expert advice to clients and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

  • Language: Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills a plus.
