Job Title: Restaurant Bar Support

At ICONA DIAMOND BEACH F&B, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Bar Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and organized, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our bartenders to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restock the bar with ice, mixers, liquor, and beer as needed.
  • Assist bartenders with preparing drinks and serving guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol.
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time seasonal position, requiring 40+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position operates in a restaurant and bar environment, with exposure to outdoor and indoor settings. The noise level can be loud, and hazards may include cuts, slipping, and tripping.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The employee may be required to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds. The position may also require working outside in all inclement conditions.
