About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Strategy Manager to join our innovative fundraising team at Stand Together. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a top-tier donor experience by identifying engagement and stewardship opportunities for our most generous partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Moves Management strategies to connect donors to aligned priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major gift officers, events, communications, and legal departments to ensure effective cross-organization collaboration.
  • Facilitate a collaborative environment of information sharing and develop internal relationships across the Stand Together community.
  • Track action items, prepare the team for strategy and donor briefings, and coordinate internal and external meetings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of fundraising experience with a focus on donor relations.
  • Demonstrated marketing and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in all methods of communication.
  • Proven experience in proactively driving multiple concurrent projects to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
