About the Role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in a business partnership role. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating people processes during the employment life cycle. Your primary focus will be on supporting various areas of the People Success function, as well as collaborating with other support teams such as Finance and IT.

Your Impact:
  • Support several lines of work within People Shared Services, including background checks, exits, and compliance.
  • Develop strong stakeholder management skills, including working closely with payroll, people strategy (HR Business Partner), and benefits/compensation teams.
  • Contribute to project support initiatives focused on policy, compliance, and process improvements.
