Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join their team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Medical-Surgical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
