About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Floating Banker - Branch Support Specialist to join our team at Banner Bank. As a key member of our branch support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various branch locations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all financial transactions are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Product Referrals: Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products and services, and by referring clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments, maintaining a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.
- Sales and Marketing: Sell Bank products and services via in-person and telephone conversations, meeting minimum referral standards set by Manager.
- Branch Support: Provide back-up teller coverage or back-up personal banker coverage and assistance at any retail branch location within a specific geographic region, with daily travel between branches required.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 2 or more years of teller experience, including sales experience with established goals
- Travel: 50% travel required
- Compensation: Targeted starting compensation range of $18+/hour plus $1.50 premium on top of base pay
- Incentive and Commission: Incentive and commission compensation may be awarded for eligible roles
