Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to geriatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of geriatric patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia.
- BLS certification.
