About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Royal Terrace Healthcare Center. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed to ensure that our residents have access to the resources they need.
  • Assist with laundry duties to ensure that our residents' clothing and linens are clean and fresh.
  • Participate in infection control and sanitation procedures to prevent the spread of illness and maintain a healthy environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or facilities maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
