Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50-67 per hour, with full-time benefits offered by ProCare Therapy, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, weekly pay via paycheck or direct deposit every Friday, and licensing assistance.

 

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled physical therapist to work with elementary school students in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in physical therapy, experience working in school or pediatric settings, and a valid PT license and teaching certifications for Delaware.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to promote students' physical development and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and team members to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Provide regular progress updates and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet students' changing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.

 

Requirements

  • Master's degree in physical therapy required.
  • Experience in school or pediatric environments preferred.
  • Valid PT license and teaching certifications for Delaware required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain confidentiality.
