Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at Block Advisors. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized tax advice and support.
• Conduct tax interviews and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Provide tax planning and audit support, helping clients minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our tax services.

• 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong background in individual and business tax returns.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment, or equivalent.
