Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting orders and crafting a diverse selection of menu offerings.
  • Utilizing kitchen equipment effectively.
  • Managing food orders to ensure precise and prompt service.
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Following recipes and presentation guidelines to impress our guests.
  • Properly labeling and rotating food items (FIFO).

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in pizza preparation is required. Please apply only if you meet this criterion and are ready to demonstrate your skills during the interview.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Experience with deck ovens and wood pizza peels is preferred.
