Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to become part of our dynamic team. This role involves handling a variety of cases, with a primary focus on personal injury, severe injury, wrongful death, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong litigation background and a proven history of success in trial settings. Our firm is dedicated to delivering top-notch legal services, and we seek an individual who shares our commitment to justice and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for clients in court or before governmental bodies, presenting evidence in civil litigation matters.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents on behalf of clients, including pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation in personal injury, severe injury, and wrongful death cases.
  • Negotiate settlements in a manner that serves the best interests of the client.
  • Conduct comprehensive case research and investigations to identify pertinent issues and formulate strong arguments.
  • Develop legal strategies and arguments in preparation for case presentations.
  • Offer legal advice to clients and guide them on necessary actions.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions, as well as with court personnel and colleagues.
  • Stay informed about legal developments, new legislation, and regulations to proactively adjust legal strategies for clients.


Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a trial attorney, particularly in personal injury, severe injury, and wrongful death cases.
  • Strong background in civil litigation.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to clients.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
  • Proven success in negotiating and resolving cases.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
