**Job Overview**

Envirogen Group UK Limited is a leading provider of innovative water treatment solutions, dedicated to meeting the most demanding industry standards. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Systems Maintenance Specialist for our site in Henderson.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Inspecting and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment using test equipment and industry-standard procedures to ensure optimal performance.
  • Performing routine and preventative maintenance, lubrication, and minor adjustments on various machines and related equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Performing predictive and corrective maintenance on WWTP and Process water systems and equipment to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Installing new or replacement instrumentation and control systems, equipment, and support systems to upgrade existing infrastructure.
  • Calibrating instrumentation using various meters and devices to ensure accurate readings.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in a related position, with a strong understanding of complex specifications, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Siemens Process Instrumentation, Allen Bradley PLC Instrumentation, and VFD Logic.
  • Ability to operate Computer Maintenance Management System software and respond to alarm calls for emergency situations at the facility.
  • Courses in wastewater or process water treatment are preferred, as well as ability to read wiring diagrams and basic ladder diagrams for controls.

**Salary:** Estimated £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. **Note:** The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
