About the Role:

As a Shuttle Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our shuttle fleet, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and DOT regulations. You will lead a team of drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage drivers to ensure timely and safe transportation of passengers
  • Monitor and maintain fleet vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to drivers

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL with Passenger endorsement
  • Valid medical DOT card
  • High School Diploma or GED
