Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial Education on learning management system-related matters.
  • Consult and collaborate with Commercial Education Leaders, Trainer/Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient training execution.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on implementing training in each LMS, as needed.
  • Work on simple to complex learning requests, utilizing independent action and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with LMS learning questions and/or reporting, as required.
  • Provide LMS information and/or analysis, as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of Cornerstone and/or SuccessFactors administrative transactions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
