About the Role:

This part-time/full-time position involves providing daily transportation services for residents of 55+ Senior Apartment Communities in the Las Vegas area. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will have the privilege of helping our clients remain independent and active by professionally operating well-equipped 16-passenger mini-buses with para-lifts.

Schedule: Our drivers work a variety of schedules, including part-time (1-3 days/week) and full-time (3-5 days/week). We offer flexibility and a GREAT schedule with NO OVERNIGHTS or LATE NIGHTS.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $17-$20 per hour, with the possibility of increasing based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive safely and efficiently, ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to the needs of our clients
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bus, adhering to our high standards

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working with active seniors and possess a strong service mentality
  • Valid NV State-issued driver's license with a CDL and passenger endorsement
  • No moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No accidents within the last 5 years (at fault or other)
  • Able to lift 25lbs and be agile, getting in and out of the bus
  • Must own a smartphone and have directional knowledge of the Las Vegas area
