Job DescriptionThis Registered Nurse - Telemetry position requires a minimum of one to three years of experience in telemetry nursing, with a valid RN license in the state where you'll be practicing. You'll need to demonstrate critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Interpersonal Skills - to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
- Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
